What is the Best Class Should I Choose in TERA?

Are you looking for a good solo class that can get you up to max level quickly and safely, the Lancer is a decent choice. As powerful in defense as in attack, the lancer’s role in a fight is at the head of the formation. It has arguably the best survivability with its shield block attack which, after successfully blocking, allows you to follow up with a powerful combo that does decent damage. Plus it’s good training to being a tank, which is a tough job in any MMORPG but someone has to do it, and the Lancer is among the best.

His heavy shield absorbs damage, while his lance provides striking power that’s targeted yet effective against multiple foes. Numerous skills for drawing aggro let the lancer take the heat and give his party members more opportunities. Lancers can minimize damage to their own party and help them devastate the enemy.

Best Choice for Tanking

Lancers are the pure tanks of Tera with sheer defense and shouts to maintain aggro they dominate the enemies attention standing steadfast in front of the group they can use their leash move to grab opponents from across the room to their feet roaring in their faces to stun them then bringing their shield across them to defend against the oncoming onslaught from their foes protecting the lesser armored members of their party.

Albeit they are complete powerhouses of a defensive nature they lack their damage output and maneuverability in compare to the other tank class the Warrior which tend to dance about the enemy these guys take a shot and stand steadfast behind their shields each strike will drain your MP so learning tactically to bring your shield to bear is vital and knowing when to drop it to get a few hits in to maintain aggro an all round fun class to play but the learning curve is a steep one in comparison to other classes.
